Purpose: The purpose of the Program is to: (a) establish, expand, and maintain a resource center for the collection, retention, and distribution of educational materials related to domestic violence, family violence, and/or teen dating violence; (b) prevent domestic violence and intimate partner violence, including teen dating violence, prioritize underserved populations within communities, and build the capacity of local organizations to do this work; and (c) provide training and ongoing technical assistance for Cal OES Intimate Partner Violence Prevention (FD) Program subrecipients.
